If I am unable to attend Radiant Women’s Conference, will you refund my ticket?
Radiant Women’s Conference tickets are not refundable but they are 100% transferable.

How do I transfer my ticket?

To transfer your ticket to the name of the person who purchased the ticket from you (we will not facilitate the transaction) the information of the new attendee will need to be added to the Radiant ticket in the Eventbrite account of the purchaser.

I purchased a block of tickets – how do I change information to individuals from group data?
When purchasing more than one Radiant ticket, the purchaser has the option to ‘copy’ information from one ticket to all others. Because of the nature of the questions and our registration process, each person must have their own ticket with information specific to their needs—email, dietary information, workshops etc. The ticket purchaser is able to edit information for each individual ticket when they sign into their Eventbrite account until May 24, 2019.

Will the workshops be available online after the conference?
We will try our best to have many of the workshops available after the conference. Check your email for updates.

Can my daughter attend the conference?
Most conference content would be appropriate for high school age and above. Your children are welcome to attend sessions but they must register. There is a nursing mothers room on-site with video feed for main sessions.

Due to space limitations, strollers and infant carriers cannot take up seating in the worship centre.   

Is childcare available for Radiant?
No, we do not have childcare of any kind available for Radiant. There is a nursing mothers room on-site with video feed for main sessions—women who choose to use the nursing mothers room must have a ticket to attend the conference either for overflow or the main seating venue.

Due to space limitations, strollers and infant carriers cannot take up seating in the worship centre.

Where is the conference going to take place?
The Radiant Women’s Conference will take place at Hope Bible Church Oakville – 500 Great Lakes Blvd, Oakville, Ontario L6L 6X9.

Simulcast locations. This will take place at Redemption Bible Chapel London.

What is a simulcast site?
A simulcast site is a location where the Radiant conference will be broadcasted through live video feed.

Do you offer a shuttle to and from the hotels nearby?
Each conference attendee is responsible to secure their own transportation to and from the event.

Are there meals available? What if I have a dietary restriction?
Registration fees include grab and go breakfast (bagels, croissants, yogurt, cereal and more) and bagged lunch on Saturday. We will not provide dinner Friday night.

If you have a dietary restriction, please indicate it on your registration form and we will follow up with you about what we will have available.

Is there a discount available for me?
The cost for anyone to attend Radiant Women’s Conference is $55 + fee.

I can only come for one day, is there a discounted rate for me?
No, we are not able to offer partial-attendance tickets to Radiant Conference.

Can I serve at this event?
If you are a regular attendee of Hope Oakville we would love to have you serve at Radiant. If you are going to be serving at the event please make sure you have ordered a ticket. There isn’t a discount available for serving at Radiant.  We need people to serve in the following areas. Click here to email us about serving.

What does the registration fee cover?
The registration fee covers admission to all main sessions and breakouts, plus conference materials, breakfast and lunch Saturday, as well as use of the facility.

When will I get confirmation of my registration?
Confirmation of your registration will land in your email as soon as you register – this confirmation email includes a PDF file of your ticket. If you don’t receive an email shortly after your registration and it isn’t in your SPAM folder, please let us know and we can resend your tickets.
