How much does it cost to attend?

The cost to attend the Oakville location for Radiant 2026 is $65 (plus processing fee) for the Main Worship Centre and $55 (plus processing fee) for Overflow. Ticket costs will vary for each satellite location.

What is Overflow?

Overflow seating is upstairs separate from the Main Worship Centre area. Seating in Overflow is offered at a different rate. This option might be preferable to those uncomfortable with large crowds and/or louder music.

I can only come for part of the conference, is there a discounted rate for me?

No, we are not able to offer partial-attendance tickets to Radiant 2026.

What does the registration fee cover?

The registration fee covers admission to all main sessions, access to Radiant 2026 workshops, attendee package, Saturday morning breakfast, and coffee/tea available throughout.

Are meals provided?

A continental breakfast will be served on Saturday morning, and coffee and tea will be served throughout the conference. There will be no lunch provided.

Can I purchase a block of tickets?

For Radiant 2026, no more than ten tickets can be purchased at one time. If you’ve registered multiple women for the conference, they will not receive their own ticket until you update their information in Brushfire. You can do this by clicking on "manage attendees" within your confirmation email, then click on "order details."

If I am unable to attend, will you refund my ticket?

For Radiant 2026, we will refund your tickets up until May 6, 2026.

How can I transfer my ticket?

If you would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, please log into your Brushfire account and update the order with that person’s information.
Please note that Hope Oakville is not responsible for transferring tickets.

Can my daughter attend with me?

Most conference content is appropriate for high school age and above. Your children are welcome to attend sessions, but they must register.

Radiant 2026 will take place at Hope Bible Church Oakville, 500 Great Lakes Blvd, Oakville, Ontario L6L 6X9.

What is a satellite site?

A satellite site is a location where Radiant 2026 will be broadcast through a simulcast video feed.
Satellites offer different pricing.

When will I get confirmation of my registration?

Confirmation of your registration will land in your email as soon as you register. This confirmation email includes a PDF file of your ticket. If you don’t receive an email shortly after your registration and it isn’t in your SPAM folder, please let us know, and we can resend your tickets.
